Email is the de-facto method of communication in business projects, especially when requests, change orders, or questions arrise regarding the project. We use our email system, both in-office and pushed to mobile devices, so designers/developers in the field still remain connected.

Phone
Sometimes a direct conversation is the best way to communicate ideas, questions or concerns. Since we don't pay a receptionist to answer phones (How would that make your design better? - Read more on our theories about small teams), our telephone infrastructure is designed to make our staff as effective as possible.
We utilize a voice-system that allows for accurate routing of messages, and can forward calls directly to designers/developers in the field, or in satellite office/studio locations.

Emergency Support Page
Emergencies happen. And although it's hopefully as little as possible, it's sometimes unforeseeable. If you require to establish comminication to resolve an issue as soon as possible, you may want to utilize the emergency page. Once activated, all available staff are notified wherever they are, and a line of communication is enabled to resolve your issues. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
